Tim Collins, City Attorney/Baker City Works Department, provided the information that the cemetery is divided into several parts, and a person buys their plot from any one of the sections.  The ones he provided are American Legion, Catholic, Cleaver, Eagles (F.O.E.), I.O.O.F., Masonic, Union (not the town of Union),  and County
