called The Odd Fellows Cemetery, or I.O.O.F. It is
located South OF St. Helens Oregon, North of Scappoose,
Oregon.
The Bayview Cemetery is in the 57000 block of Old
Portland Road. It has no mailing address, except that of
its managers. Its managers: Barbara & Noel Thompson

Lot Numbers preceded by * refer to the North section.
Otherwise, references are to lots in the Older, South
section. Records show 1080+ graves. There are 6 acres,
spaces for 3500 graves
Bayview Cemetery Association, Inc. was formed May 25,
1973 by Earl Bennett, Delmar Olson, Max Harris, Fritz
Olson & Estella Olson.
Bayview Cemetery Assn. is a tax-exempt organization.
There is small permanent care fund. There is no paid
help. Donations are necessary for most of its care.
O'Connell Mortuary (Columbia Chapel) owned the cemetery
for a period It was owned by Mike Felsman from late
1950's to mid- 1960's. Felsman established the newer,
North section.

"The Odd Fellows Cemetery, three miles out on the Old
Portland Road, was surveyed Tuesday, and the lots will
be staked out in a few days, after which they will be
placed on sale. Officers of the I.O.O.F. are W.W.
Blakesley, U. W. Clark, W. J. Rice, and C. W. Blakesley."

"Miss Jennie Lofstead died of typhoid fever ... and was
interred in the Odd Fellows Cemetery near Gillton."
